If Buyer desires to maintain a specific loan-to-value ratio in order to obtain more favorable financing terms, Buyer may be required to increase its down payment by the amount of the furniture in order to maintain the same loan-to-value ratio. Buyer is advised to check with Buyer’s lender regarding the effect of this incentive on Buyer’s purchase of the Property. Other than providing Buyer the furniture, Seller shall not have any further obligation, responsibility, or warranty.
