SipNic Wine Block Party- August 15th
We’re excited to invite you to our Sipnic Wine Block Party on Saturday, August 15th, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, designed to celebrate community, connection, and the simple joy of great wine and great company.

Whether you’ve visited us before or have been meaning to stop by, this is the perfect opportunity to experience it all in a relaxed, vibrant setting.

Visit Verterra at the Tehaleh master plan event Tour of Homes and walk through our Model Homes, Quick Move-in Homes, and so much more. Then relax in our Beer Garden featuring beer, wine, a signature cocktail, and mocktails.
