Pre-Summer Social Soiree , Saturday May 16th + Tour of Homes!

Summer is just around the corner, and we couldn't resist starting the celebration early! Mark your calendar to join us on Saturday, May 16th, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm for our Trilogy® Pre-Summer Social Soiree! Plus while you are here the Masterplan of Tehaleh is hosting a Tour of Homes Saturday & Sunday. 

This event is inspired by longer days, lighter moods, and the simple pleasure of spending time with people who enjoy living well - just the right way to ease into the season ahead. Sip, enjoy yummy tacos from a local food truck, and mingle with your future neighbors and friends.

Open Wellness + Social Club Hard Hat Tour, Saturday May 30th!

Something fresh and distinctly Trilogy® is coming to Verterra®. We're excited to introduce Open, a Trilogy Wellness + Social Club, designed to bring people together in all the best ways. PLUS you're invited to come walk the framed Club Saturday May 30th from 12-3.

As the social heart of the Trilogy Boutique Communities®, Open Wellness + Social Club will be a place where Homeowner Members and friends gather to meet, eat, sip, play, and stay active, effortlessly blending wellness, connection, and everyday enjoyment.

The first taste of what’s ahead is already here: the Pickleball Courts are now open, and we have hard hat tours of the remaining amazing amenities coming soon!
