A truly unique new construction master plan is coming to the foothills of Eagle, Idaho. At its core, the Valnova master plan is intended to inspire residents with natural beauty, tranquility, and a sense of opportunity. The vision for this master plan includes nearly ~3,000 acres of preserved land that will be either untouched or developed for community recreation. That includes the Glencara Greenway—part of the Eagle City Foothills Regional trail system —a planned park with native riparian plantings and water features that will border the community.
